Wet Feather

I am looking for some helpful advice on wet feather. I've given my hen a dish soap bath like advised. Blow dried her.. What else can I do to help her until she molts and hopefully that will take care of it! I love her so much and hate to think what I would have to do if she can't get rid of it. Thank you!
