wet laying mash

My hens love laying mash if I soak it with water. Any others find this to be true with their hens?

Mine love it too. It's just hard to get it to work in the gravity feeder without a yard stick.

They only get it after a good rain when the pie tin fills and leaks in. It goes in a hurry when it's wet.

I've noticed that mine love it too, when the feed gets mushy from rain or me being a spaz with the water hose.... So I started adding water to any bread scraps that I give them, in a big tray. It just seems to go down easier I guess.....
