Hello all,
I have 2 hens that I noticed had wet looking feathers on their necks last week. Today I noticed they had small patches missing. One of them looks like she is trying to pop her ears. The other ones comb looks a little pale compared to yesterday. They are both eating, drinking, playing, and free ranging like normal. No discharge from eyes or nose. No coughing, rasping, or rattling. I have checked for mites and fleas multiple times and im not finding any. I did worm them 2 weeks ago with safeguard. Is this multing, bullying, or another medical issue? Thank you so much for all your help!

Looks like she's beginning to molt.

What do you mean one of them looks like she's trying to pop her ears? Like yawning? A video may help (upload to youtube and provide a link)
Check to make sure her crop is emptying overnight.

Yep could be molting.

Do you have roos? They will pull neck feathers out while mounting the hens.

Could be hen pecking - establishing chicken hierarchy.
