Wet lung sounds

I have a few birds who have started to sound wet. Any suggestions? Do they get colds? or is it something I need to worry about.

I had the same thing happen to 3 of my chicks when I first brought them home. I could hear gargling noises when they breathe. They would sometimes sneeze as well. It's been 2 weeks and they are just clearing up. I believe they got it from the feed store. I give medicated chick food with vitamins and I put probiotics(probios) in their water. My 4th chick never had it, but I brought her home a week later. I worried about it too, but my girls are fine.
