2 girls! congrats!!I bought these 2 beautiful ducklings at "around a week old" I have had them for a month now and I think they are females but the beaks havent changed color they are still very light. Are these females? Are they WH?
That article says that that is only valid the first 2-3 days after hatching and after to wait for voice. That is what I am reading as well, the beak color is inaccurate after a few days and these birds are a month old. It sounds like people are even struggling to use this method on day olds on certain lines with accuracy. I would personally not use this method on these birds2 girls! congrats!!

Happens to the best of usOh thanks, I didn't read the whole article to be honest.
That's why I was waiting on the beaks to change dark or olive green but they arent changing they have stayed the same as from when I first got them. When I look at pictures of other welsh harlaquins at this age the beaks have usually changed to dark or olive so I am confused lolThat article says that that is only valid the first 2-3 days after hatching and after to wait for voice.
