This little one was my only successful hatch from a dozen of my girls’ eggs (my incubator unknowingly was unplugged for an indeterminate amount of time during incubation and the others stopped developing). Her momma is a BCM pullet I got from a TSC bin 2 years ago. Dad is an F2 olive egger I hatched out last year.
I’ve never had this happen and I was concerned there was a deformity but the wing seems to lay and extend normally. I can get the feathers to lay flat and look normal for about 1 second before they just pop back out like that. Eating, drinking, and getting around fine.
