What’s going on with this eye?!

Y’all. We have had a heck of a spring here. Coccidiosis treatment, upper respiratory, mystery illness, and now one of my RIR girls is walking around with her eye shut. She was fine this morning, but when I went out a couple of hours later, she was like this. Nothing else appears to be happening. Could she have been pecked? Gotten something in it? Attaching pics of the eye in question vs her “normal” eye both opened as well.

She has a bit of discharge in the eye, could be she got pecked, got some debris in the eye or if you've been dealing with respiratory disease, it's possible she may be getting an infection.

Either way, general care is to flush/clean out the eye with saline removing any debris/pus, then put an ointment like Terramycin eye ointment in the eye. Do this a couple of times a day.
