What’s happening with her eye…

This is Scrambles she’s my three year old chicken. Somethings wrong with her eye. It’s only on one side it’s covered up like in the pictures but the other side fine and now she’s kind of like lethargic. It just started this morning. She was fine last night when she went to bed I don’t know what’s up I’m scared.

It's hard to tell in the pictures but if her eye is swollen and she is lethargic she may have a respiratory issue.

Can you open the right eye and inspect it for bubbles, foam, white pus material, any foreign body or dirt, or redness? If you have some eye drops or ointment try applying a little into the eye. How long has she been closing the eye? Does she have any other symptoms, such as sneezing, rattly breathing, trouble walking, or diarrhea?
