What’s the earliest you’ve had a duck egg hatch?

Hi I’m on day 23 of hatching some Aylesbury duck eggs under a broody hen. I’m getting a little impatient and just wondering what’s the earliest they’ll start pipping and what’s the earliest you’ve had one hatch cheers.

Usually they hatch day 28 but day 25 is the earliest most likely so be patient
