What’s the name of your coop?

Ours is Pollaio—Italian for “chicken house.” We both have Italian in our families, and my husband has been teaching himself Italian for several years.

I like it! Ours is dubbed “The Waddle on Inn”. I’m sure there’s thousands of others out there named the same as our sign is not unique but my family liked it so we went with it. Plus is has a bird that looks like a SLW which we have.

Mine has no name. We affectionally refer to it as 'The Coop.'

The first one has a descriptive name, The Little Monitor Coop.

The big one is Neuchickenstein -- the very expensive palace (built during the worst of the Covid lumber shortages).

The outdoor brooder is just the outdoor brooder.

And then there's Camp Cockerel, the holding facility for cull birds.
