What’s this lump inside my egg?

Interesting, I was getting smaller meat spots here and there last year but this was the biggest one I'd ever seen. I had a bunch of first year pullets, and of course now everyone's returning to laying after both winter and molting. Makes sense!

That’s a shame! I eat them all (just had been removing the meat spots). Although my dogs are happy to get the random raw egg if I didn’t want one for whatever reason.

Yeah, he trashes them. He could at least put them in a separate container so they can be fed back to the birds at least.

I think throwing them in a jar in the fridge is easier then, and then feed them back to the birds later
