yes I believe she is the same. it could be that her tail is feathering out late which is causing it to look different, or, because stars are hybrids, if they have different parents then the difference of the parental breeds could be causing a slight difference

Yep, she's a red sex link hen. Her tail looks just like mine....I don't know if it's a maturity thing or not, it's been so long since mine were littles...

That tail is the classic Leghorn tail position. Since these layers are typically crosses of 4 grandparent strains, it merely shows the Leghorn blood that is in her.
