I would check inside her vent for any egg or egg material. She is pretty late to start laying, so she may have a rare reproductive problem, which is more common in older hens. But it might be not getting enough to eat or failure to thrive. Sometimes we don’t know what was wrong until one dies when a necropsy can be done. Coccidiosis can sometimes be a chronic ongoing problem in certain chickens. Some may develop enteritis.
Can you separate her inside the coop in a dog crate with her own food and water? Today though, I would offer water, electrolytes, and some cooked egg because she looks so weak. Hopefully she will start drinking, then eating.
