What’s wrong with my Brahma hen?

Hi! I’m fairly new to chickens. I bought this Brahma hen Saturday from a guy selling them outside rural king. One of her eyes were partially closed, but I thought she must have gotten injured because he had so many in the cages together. Today, both eyes look like this. She can open them slightly, but appears to keep them closed. She has no other symptoms except just sitting with her eyes closed.

That looks bad. Could be mycoplasma or coryza, which are contagious. Keep her quarantined and give her NutriDrench orally and VetRX topically. Do you know if she has been vaccinated for anything??

Thank you for your help! I do not know anything about her. I have the earliest vet appt I could get this coming Thursday.
How much nutrients should I give her and how do you use the vet extra? I have never had a chicken sick.

The dosage for the NutriDrench is 1ml per 3lbs body weight. You can mix it with water (add twice the dosage because she prob wont drink all the water) or give it to her directly by dripping it into beak with a syringe. For the VetRx, drip it cold into water bowl, then warm it up by putting the bottle in a cup of hot water and apply it to her face. Give us an update soon. Is she sneezing or showing nasal discharge? What does her breathing sound like?

She has no symptoms except for around eye swelling and is just wanting to sit still. If I talk to her or touch her she is responsive verbally.
