She has been like this for about a day, except today she is more sluggish than yesterday. She is about 1 year old. She has had her head tucked in like this for most of yesterday and all of today. Her friend is hanging around her a lot, which I have heard is a bad sign. Thanks for any help!

I recommend that you get her started on Corid 9.6% liquid solution immediately. Dosage is 9.5cc's per gallon of water. I doubt she is eating or drinking, so you'll have to give it to her orally and often in order to be effective.

Should I separate her from the rest of the flock?

Yes. It's possible her feces might be the contaminate. Ensure waterers and feeders are clean and feces free. Closely watch your other birds for the same symptoms. You may or may not see blood in feces.
Provide her the Corid treated water for 5-7 days and make it fresh daily. Hopefully you'll see improvement soon.
