what’s wrong with my chickens?? HELP

hey everyone i went outside to hangout with the chickens while they roamed and found they’re poop like this. my older chickens have never had cocci disease before. but my younger ones have. is this cocci? what should i do ????

one of my chickens is acting a little weird and a few of them seem to be molting. but nothing alarming. it isn’t watery blood it’s almost orange?
