what’s wrong with my duck?

this morning i brought my duck outside (she sleeps inside because she cries when she is alone) and she jumped into her pool like usual. instead of swimming she just sat in the pool with her head down touching the water??? she wouldn’t get out of the pool either so i had to carry her back inside

she was completely fine on the grass and inside, she just put her head out in the water and sat there. usually she splashed and jumps into one pool from the other each morning but today her neck was stretched out and touching the water

no, just being weird in the water? i thought she was hurt but i picked her up and put her on land and she was fine

I think she may have been displaying mating behavior, females will rest their neck on the top of the water before a drake mates them. She is horny.
