what’s wrong with my duck?

I think she may have been displaying mating behavior, females will rest their neck on the top of the water before a drake mates them. She is horny.

we have no boy ducks at the moment and she is only 10 weeks old (unless the new babies are boys)

No she’s not old enough to breed just thinks she is. My Runner tried to get my Muscovy drakes attention all the time he’d just stand an look at her like she lost her mind. Once she was old enough my Runner drake moved right in.
