What’s wrong with my hen please help

So my Easter egg hen seat seems to be losing her feathers I know chickens more but she was born in March 2020 and It’s January I don’t think they molt in January her and her sister both haven’t laid any eggs in the last week and a half which is really unusual for them please help The feather loss is only on her head in the back of her neck

Probably just a molt... happens after 6 months of age sometimes.

I have a hen molting now. They molt when they molt.

My three pullets are doing this exact thing. It looks like their heads have shrunk.
