What’s wrong with my Lucy?

What is wrong with my hen and what can I do? She has been wheezing and squeaking for the last 3 days. She is eating fine and following her flock around. No drainage from eyes or nose.

I would look inside her beak for any obstruction, sores, lesions or canker and check to make sure her crop is empty first thing in the morning before she eats/drinks.

Have you added any new chickens within the last few weeks?

We inherited the chickens when we bought our house so I don’t have any history on them. No new chickens. We have 6 hens and the other 5 seem fine. Their coop was a disgusting mess and I have been cleaning it and replacing the straw at least once a week. I will check crop and and beak. Thank you!
