What’s wrong with my Maran

My maran’s feathers have started turning upwards like a frizzle but she’s not a frizzle. I’ve had her about 4 years. Not sure how old she was when I got her. She hasn’t laid an egg in months. She acts fine, eats, drinks etc. Just wondering if maybe her time is nearly up.
