What’s wrong with my Rhode Island Red?

I’ve had to post a couple times about this chick, and this one kind of has something to do with the last one. My 7 week old Rhode Island Red has been running weird and I think she has VVD. Tonight my little brother noticed that all the other chickens have 3 toes in the front and one in the back, but she has 3 in the front and the other one on the side. Is that just the breed of the chicken or does this have something to do with her weird legs?

That's just her spur bud. It's normal.

Thanks for helping, I’m pretty sure you thought I ment the little ball thing on her leg, but I was asking about if it was normal for her 4th toe to be on the side instead of the back. I appreciate the help though. 👍

Sorry. I didn't see that.
Is it attached to the nearest toe with webbing like the front three are? If so, she has a hatch defect and that may explain her wonky stance.

I’m not home right now so I’ll have to check about the webbing later. I looked back at older pictures of her to see if she has always had this or if it’s a new problem, and it looks like the toe used to be on the back. Do you know what maybe could have caused the leg to degenerate and if there is something I can do about it.
