What’s wrong with my silkie chicks eye?

This silkie chick is only a 4 days old. 2 days i checked up on her and she was squinting her right eye a little bit. Today i checked on her again and it looks super watery and still squinty. Is this infection? I think i’m going to give her a bit of nutridrench, anything else yall think would help?
