What’s wrong with our speckled sussex?!

We’ve had chickens for about 3 years now and one of speckled sussex hens (believe she is 2), we have no roosters, started acting strange about 4 days ago my youngest son told me.

Due to being diagnosed with pneumonia, I haven’t made it up to the coop.

What he told me upon first noticing: sitting on floor of coop and not going onto the roosting spots, appeared dizzy, sitting with wings fluffed and hanging down.

They brought her up to our house garage so I could see her.

She appears thin, definitely not feeling well and I’m not sure what could be wrong.

I checked her crop, does not feel impacted (dealt with that already ).

She looks rough. Have you inspected her for lice/mites? Also, when was the last time you wormed her? I recommend worming her with Valbazen, as well as the rest of your birds.

Has she laid lately? That hunched position almost makes me think egg bound.
