What’s wrong with silkie?

What’s wrong with my silkie? She is secluding herself from the rest and is standing around with her head and tail down? She has runny poop stick in her tail feathers also.

Yeah, something's definitely up. Has she been laying eggs? How old is she? What does she eat?

I’m not sure how old she is.. we took her in last year and the person told us she was around 3. She doesn’t lay.
