What’s wrong with this egg?

I get quite a lot of double yokers-is this just an under developed yolk? Is it safe to feed my dog or do I have a problem?

Imo as long as there isn't any health problems or the chickens haven't been wormed lately it would be fine to feed the dog. More than likely its ok for anyone to eat. But of course if your like me I am weird about anything funny about my eggs and won't eat them.
