My 23 week old SILKIE just dropped the golden egg.Not a squawk,yelp,bok,screech,cackle,not a boo! She laid her very first egg of the flock and I saw the whole thing.She was very content and quiet. The rest of the flock left her to pass it and then she let them look at it .Their faces were like little kids in awe. I felt bad taking it from her .....................
