What kind are they? I had a broody hop off her nest a few days ago & I thought I was too late to catch the eggs that were close to hatch. On a whim I threw them under another broody and lo I have 1 chick and 2 other eggs pipping...the 4th hatched, but didn't make it. Just goes to show, don't be too hasty on those lagging eggs
