You talk to the person you got it from? In alot of cases, if there was a mix-up in the breeds the breeder/seller will know what else it "could" be.

I was going to say partridge rock, but the legs are the wrong color.

Could be a black sex-link. I'll have to do a little research and find out which birds have dark legs like that.
