What Age Are Ducks Fertile?

I have 2 Cayuga and 1 Black Swedish drakes that are about 3 months old. My older Swedish hen is setting on some eggs. Would they be fertile? Are the males old enough to fertilize eggs?

They are a little young but I would not rule it out.

My runners started laying at 16 weeks, but really were not grown up until about 7 months old, and continued to mature a little bit for another few months, seems to me.

Generally, the larger the breed the longer it takes.
