What age can they go outside?

I have 7 2 week old Royal Palm turkey poults. This is my first time with poults so my brooder isnt big enough for them much longer. what age can they be put outside? they wouldnt have to be put on the ground. i have a cage off the ground with a box i could put them in. i just have to move three baby chicks out of there. So really i hae two ?s

1. When can they be outside without a light?
2. when can they be out in a pen on the dirt?

My brooder has a built in screen porch. I let them go out at about 3 weeks if the weather is nice. I leave a light on all the time until six weeks, but I adjust it as often as I need to based on the turkeys' behavior. At six weeks, about the time their heads lose most of their feathers, they go outside for good.
