What age do Australorp Roos get their spurs?

Hi there, we have 11 seven week old black Australorp chicks between 2 hens we purchased when they were 2 weeks old. We thought we had them sexed at 5 weeks but now we are second guessing ourselves. We thought it would be easier to wait until they start to show signs of developing their spurs. Just wondering when that might be for Australorps? Thanks

Hens and roosters develop spurs. It's not an accurate way to tell sex.

Is there any way to tell at 7 weeks to know for sure if they are roos or pullets?
