Hi. I got two ducklings... about 7 weeks old. My Khaki Campbell has been quacking for a couple weeks now, but so far no quack from my Pekin......... I only have 2 so I hope they are both girls cause I understand 1 female isn't enough for 1 drake....... so does anyone know what age will my Pekin quack IF it's going to quack ...... aproximately of course.

It should be quacking soon but it is normal for a raspy noise instead of a quack it is learning to quack

it's ok to say that it's a boy most likely.... I wouldn't be asking if I wasn't thinking it.... still hoping for a late quacker.
Chocolate (female Khaki Campbell) seems to nudge Chub Chub (Pekin in question) and be the leader around the yard.......... so I was thinking she was bossing around a boy haha
time will tell

here is Chub Chub.... Chocolate is the honker... Chub Chub is the wha wha wha....

You are right! Chocolate is the female and Chub Chub is the male. :)[/QUOTE]
So is that also his Drake feather I am seeing curling up from his tail....... and is my little chocolate going to be ok physically when he gets sexy with her????
