Ok it's 6x8x6 walk in I figured I would put the food and water underneath on the floor so they can't poop in it, if the nesting boxes shouldn't be on top can I put them near the floor on the left? The roosting bar will go straight across from the window so it will be able to clean that area right across...

Yep, that would work, just make them lower than the roost and put a sharply angled board on the top of nests so they won't roost there either.
They don't need to be 2-3 feet off the ground, tho that can provide more floor space.
How many birds do you plan to keep in there?

That's a neat little building, and an awesome dog, love the dutch doors.
Might want to add some louvered vents at the top of all the other 2 gables.
What will become of the fan in the one gable come winter?

Thank you all so much! I have 6 girls that I love so much.. I am building the run this weekend it's 5x6x10 hope it's enough room for them.. I let them roam around once a day they love it, I'm just afraid cause we have vultures flying around.. I will do as you said and keep you posted.. Thanks for the advice
