What age do wyandottes typically start laying?

My golden laced Wyandotte was born March 20* and is nowhere near ready. She's also smaller than my other LF, but not as small as my bantam. My bantam is a splash BLRW that was born in the middle of February, and she's nowhere near ready, either. My black Australorp, BO, and BR were also born in March and are way ahead of them in development. Looks like it might be a late blooming breed. No less pretty, though.

* Correction: wrong chicken. The GLW was born March 13, so that makes her about 19 weeks.

Mine silver laced is at 21 weeks and still nothing. I have my Golden Sexlink and Leghorn laying for two weeks now (hatched around same time) but nothing from our Lacey or our BO or our Easter Egger. . . . . . . I'm with ya on the waiting game
