What age for table scraps?

I read the great article on here about food that is good and not good for chickens, but at what age can i give them my chicken friendly fruit and veggie scraps? My chicks are 4 weeks old. Thanks much!

Generally it's best to wait until 2-3 months as you want to avoid deficiencies.
