What age for visual sexing?

I'm wondering what age they should be for visual sexing? They are 17-19 days old now. I have them off the heat since it's been very warm out (80-90) and their doing quiet well. I want to move them into something bigger than their cockatiel cage soon. At what age can they go outside?

I think that depends on what breeds you have. Barred Plymouth Rocks can be sexed as early as a week, and some breeds like Easter Eggers are unknown until 15 weeks or older. What breeds are your chicks?

They look like maybe Buff Orpingtons but they may be mixes.
