What age is this hen?

I've heard of them being meat birds.. How big and what color are their eggs and how many do these lay a year? I'm only finding the meat variety online...
They are bred to be meat birds, but they are not the same as the hybrid Cornish Cross that are used commercially. The Cornish are a pure breed that grow normally and will live normal healthy lives. According to the Cackle website their Dark Cornish lay around 150 eggs brown eggs per year.
