What age to put chicks outside with no heat?

Our chicks are just short of 5 weeks old, its mid 80’s to 90 highs and around 60 for lows at night. Would it be ok to go ahead and move them, 25 chicks to an outside coop?

Yes they should be fine. I have 4 week olds off heat at mid 40s. Have they been weaned off heat in the brooder already? If you're overly cautious and haven't yet done that, take a few days to do that first, but I don't think you'll have issues.

Usually when their bodies are feathered is a visual indicator for us - we don't wait for the heads to feather out.

Yes that is the stage these are at now, bodies are feathered and heads are beginning to be.
