Hello everyone,
I may sound like a broken record at this point. However, I'm at my wits end. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Maybe I've made some big mistakes?? I would really love some honest feedback.

I have a young flock of about 12 chickens. All ranging from 3.5 to 5 months old. We hatched some ourselves from a local farm and then some of the younger ones (3.5 months old) we got from hatcheries. We are not dealing with LOTS of sickness.

Three weeks ago I lost 2 of my older pullets, about 2 weeks apart from each other. They were 4 months old at the time.
The first one we lost was Hersey, one we had hatched ourselves. I noticed her being lethargic and losing weight so I separated her from the flock and put her in our chicken hospital. I first treated her with corrid for about 10 days and then when I didnt notice any improvement, I started treating her with vitamins. Her poop always looked normal until just a few days before she passed, her poop turned chalky light green. She ended up passing away about a week later. She just kept withering away, eventually stopped being able to move her legs.
During this time, I started noticing my golden laced wyondotte, Twinsie, was gasping for air. She was taking deep breaths and exhaling. I read that it could be a crop issue or gape worm. I helped clean out her crop, checked to make sure nothing was blocking her airway multiple times, gave her some vitamins, boiled eggs and also treated her for worms...however, after about 2 weeks, she also passed away.
NOW - THIS week, I have a 4 month old frizzle silkie rooster who started limping! I started giving him vitamins and electrolytes a few days ago to then find out today that he cannot stand up anymore! I separated him and I'm feeding him hard boiled eggs, poultry cell, vitamin B12 and rooster booster.
As if those three sick chickens haven't been enough, my 4 month old speckled sussex rooster can't use one of his legs. It appears that he hurt himself and he is standing on his one legs and hopping everywhere. I checked for bumble foot, looks normal.

What is going on?! Am I just not cut out for this chicken thing? IS anyone else also having these kind of issues? My daughters are so sad and want nothing to do with chickens anymore because it's so sad to see them die.
I'm very discouraged and feeling like I've made some mistakes by hatching some of my own, who turned out to be mostly boys, but the one that was not a boy, died on us. And then I got some from hatcheries that could've been carrying a disease and affecting my unvaxed ones??? I'm at a loss right now.... any advice or feedback would be really appreciated right now.

If they do have a disease it most likely came from the eggs you got from the farm. Certified hatcheries are required to test for all of the major diseases like mareks. What are you feeding them? Have you considered having a necropsy done?
Oh okay. I didn't think of something coming from the farm.
I am feeding them a mix of crumble and laying pellets from Naturewise.
I think I should look into getting a Necropsy done at this point....

What is going on?!
Sounds very much like Marek's which does not pass through hatching eggs and may take at LEAST 3 weeks after exposure before any symptoms may be seen.. and they could have gotten it at your place.. Either it was already there or may come in at any time carried by migrational birds.

List of labs if you decide to get a necropsy.. Often free or affordable for backyard keepers, depending on your state.

Sorry you all are facing this.

This is inaccurate information, UNFORTUNATELY.

Marek's is NOT part of the NPIP certification.. nor are many other major concerning things like mc/mg, AI, etc.

You never mentioned where the birds are kept and if you keep it sanitary everyday. For birds that young shouldn't be fed layer feed till you see there first egg.
They are in my backyard. They have half of the yard blocked off, so they're running around lots of grassy area. I also have a 7x26 ft chicken run with sand in it. Every couple of days I go out there and clean poo out of chicken run and spray the grass to get the extra droppings washed away. I also will scoop out the major poop spots out of hen house.
I started on the laying pellets about 2 weeks ago, my buff orpington started laying.
