What am I doing wrong?

The grit and extra oyster shell need to be in separate containers, not added to their balanced feed. And then some extras are fine.

With lethargic chickens always inspect the coop for bloodsucking poultry mites. This is best done by night as the mites will hide in the crevices during the day and only come out at night to feed on the roosting chickens.

You can get Poultry Cell at Tractor Supply or off Amazon. I usually order from Amazon since it's about the same price. Another option would be Durvet Vitamins/Electrolytes. I usually keep those on hand as well. I order those from Amazon.

So I bought the duravet and now I mixed the 8oz in 1 teaspoon per gallon? Is it ok to give it 1x to my flocks for weather change?

Yes, you can provide that for weather change.
I usually also provide fresh water too just in case I have one that doesn't drink the mixed water, but mine seem to like it fine.
