What am I doing wrong!?

Other than lack of calcium I'm not sure what else could cause this. I'm definitely at a loss with all 3 laying soft shells. Best of luck wish I could of been more help.

I'm thinking the same thing. All three doing it would probably mean that it's a nutrition issue and not something like a cancer/reproductive system disease.

Or possibly a parasite?

Other than the soft eggs is their poop/behavior normal?

I agree with cutting out all other foods except their chicken feed and oyster shell. I would try the Calcium Citrate+D3 tablets as well.

What are the dimensions of the coop and run? Pictures would also help to rule out anything related to their housing and environment.

They seem to be completely normal! We got a citrate +D3 calcium tablet bottle so they will each be getting one pill a day for 1 week. I am going to cut out all snacks and just let them free range and eat their feed. Maybe they are getting too much human food?

We gave them a tablet each tonight. We will do 1 tab a day for 7 days. I read that somewhere else. Hopefully that will give them enough of a boost!
Our coop is 3x8 with 4 nesting boxes on the outside of it (still covered). We let them free range the entire yard.

You can pop a tablet into their beaks in the evening when they are at roost, they can easily swallow it whole. Easier than trying to chase them down and catch them during the day. Yes, too much table scraps can keep them from getting enough of their carefully formulated, well-balanced, nutritionally complete chicken feed. Treats should only comprise about 10% of their diet, maybe a tablespoon or two per chicken per day? (I know, I probably feed mine too much, too!)
