What am i doing wrong!!!!

What am i doing wrong? One of my chicks had pasty butt (which went away) and now another one has diarrhea! And all in one week!

PLEASE HELP ME!
I am a new chick owner and I did all of my research. If anyone know what i am doing wrong or have suggestions, PLEASE SHARE!

Pasted vent and diarrhea happen. You may not be doing anything wrong.

I started giving a probiotic to chicks in their first water and I haven't had pasty vent since.
Chicks with a healthy mother hen will get probiotics from eating her feces.
