What am I? Male/Female Chick

Good Morning and Happy Mother's Day to all the chicken mom!

First pic is the one in question. Second pic are the brothers. They have alot of red coming in on their combs and wattles but the one in question has no red at all but a large comb. He/she ia also smaller than the others despite hatching being slightly older and more feathered than the one brother.
They are olive egger/ isa brown crosses

Right now it looks like a pullet, but it's young.

Thank you that's what I was thinking too. The young roos are starting to argue so trying to figure out who goes to what coop. This one is passive.
