I picked up a dozen banty chicks at atwoods. Most were assorted colors of OEG, one cochin, 2 cornish (one dark, one red laced) one japeneze, this one I can not figure out. He/she (pretty sure its a she) is very pretty, I would love to keep it if I could, Would help alot if its a girl lol. Here it is:
It started out the grey with a yellow head, dark legs and pale yellow beak. Beak is starting to get some dark on it, and the feathering is coming out in the pretty laced white/black color on the wings and black most other places. Best guess its 2-4 weeks old. I can't remember just when I got it, and it was 1-2 days old then. Any ideas? Or is it a wait and see?
