What am I think.... Naked necks?

I think I want to get a couple.... they are so ugly they are adorable..

I think I should just do it and get them.

So help me out. Lets see some pics or hear some experiences with them.

I love my Naked Necks.

I have 6 adults, and 6 more babies to move out. I hope that I have 4 girls and one boy suitable to replace my current roo. Poor Oakley has a horrible time walking, so stiff legged. He still breeds and cares for the girls, but I think it will be better for the coop for him to move on. I have a Delaware/NN cross that already shows the caretaking behaviors of a good roo, so Niki looks to be the next big boy.

this one looks to be a barred rock, but mama was a black NN hen and daddy a Delaware roo

Need to get more pics of the babies.

I love my naked necks. I have 2 hens, Lucy and Ethel, and they love to jump in your lab and try to take your food. Their personalitys are so unique. When we go to leave and if we leave the car door open Lucy will jump in and sit in the front seat. It is so funny. I will post pictures when I figure out the way to do it.

NN's are very friendly and one of my favs.......plus they lay a really nice brown egg too.
