looks nothing like an EE to me.....green legs are very common in mixed breeds, they don't need to be an EE to be green....
The biggest indicator that an EE is an EE is the beard/muff although it is not necessary, it is the most common trait.
I do agree that it may be a Delaware X , my guess would be a dark legged breed, hence the green legs.....
It could also have completely different parentage than the others you have if they have more than one roo.....
