I'm guessing a White Cochin Bantam rooster. You can kind of see the red wattles coming in - I'd wait another couple of weeks to be sure you have a rooster, though.

It looks like it has a rose comb? Cochins have straight combs. How many toes? Can we get a profile pic of it standing naturally?

If it has a rose comb, then it's a d'uccle, I think, not a Cochin.
