He may just be a khaki, they come in the mallard color! We gained 5 new khaki campbells but this guy looks different from the others
Wait, there are other Khaki variations? The drake in the front is a normal Khaki Campbell and has two brown alleles. The one behind him has blue speculums (wing patches), so one or no brown alleles and is most likely a Khaki mix or a dark Campbell.
Other Campbell’s besides Khaki. I suspect mix though, there shouldn’t be a white neck ring. The drake in the back was the one you were referring to, correct?Wait, there are other Khaki variations?

The drake with the blue on his wings is NOT a Khaki Campbell.I saw you mentioned dark Cambell because we only have a khaki Campbell.
Oh, what is a dark Campbell? The drake with the blue on his wings is NOT a Khaki Campbell.
According to Storey’s Guide to Ducks, dark Campbell’s have the same genotype ad Khaki Campbell’s except they do not have the brown allele. I really think you have a mix though.Oh, what is a dark Campbell?
I feel silly now
