What am I?

Got this baby out of an egg I hatched from an order meant to give me Croads and Marans. Clean footed, 4 toes. The comb is cool, and I have no idea what style it might grow onto! Hubby says she looks like a vulture. Lol. Any insight? Breed? Sex? I've got mostly Marans, EEs and a couple Barred Rocks... So, I hope we have a girl here to add diversity to the flock! ^_^

I should have mentioned! 5 weeks old. He says the beak and face markings look like a vulture, and she also just circles the rest sometimes. Doesn't care to be a part of he flock when they are free ranging. Lol.

At five weeks it's hard to tell but I want to say it's a roo but not fully honest

That was my guess too. If it's a pea comb especially. I am having horrible luck. I have a total of 18 chickens, and I'm pretty sure I have 12 roosters.... Gonna have to go buy pullets or grown layers the way this is going...

Wow I always have the opposite....I hope for a couple boys and ended up with all girls....however this your i got 2 roosters out of 7 chickens and there so well behaved ❤

I just hatched 5 EEs and OE... I tried feather sexing, but I suck and it's not like that's reliable anyway.... Fingers crossed for a couple hens there.....

Just wanted to update... She still has me questioning. Lol. But I *think* she might be a girl. I'm hoping OE? Keeping me confused for sure. Lol. 9 weeks now...
